Cath is a B2B expert, with over 20 years of experience, including eight at global leadership and executive board level. She now advises boardrooms and marketing and communications leaders on how to build resilient business plans, purpose-driven brands, customer-centric cultures and maximise the impact of their marketing and communications functions.
Cath is known for taking businesses through the strategic change required to foster effective partnerships between leadership teams, business development functions, and marketing departments to increase revenue and delight the boardroom. She has delivered successful outcomes on a wide range of business challenges including new product launches, rebrands, restructure, sector diversification, global expansions, MBOs, hostile take-over bids, and delistings.
